All investors must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks aimed to verify compliance and legitimacy of purchasers and funds.

For U.S. accredited investors, shares of digital securities (representing ownership interest in real estate assets) will be sold through Reg D offerings.
