What happens to my investment(s) if RealBlocks no longer exists?

You will always have access to securities purchased on the RealBlocks platform through RealBlocks’ general partner and broker-dealer, regardless of what happens with RealBlocks. Investments made through the RealBlocks platform are securities issued by a sponsor and sold by a registered broker-dealer, and all of this information will be provided in the subscription documents that investors on our platform receive.
