How do you compare to a publicly traded REIT?

RealBlocks is focused on Real Estate Private Funds, such as Non-Traded REITs. We aim to solve the problem of access to and liquidity for such investment vehicles. Publicly traded REITs are a very different investment product: they are listed on exchanges and are available to all investors, whereas private non-traded REITs are typically available only to accredited investors.

Another differentiator between investing in publicly traded REITs and Non-Traded REITs is the exposure of publicly traded REITs to stock market fluctuations.
