How do I know your offerings are credible?

We expect our offerings will include interests in institutional-quality real estate assets from well-known players in the real estate space. Our platform will be designed to ensure that these deals are compliant with applicable U.S. and international securities laws and regulations. Further, all of the deals will be facilitated and screened by a registered broker-dealer. Offering and subscription documents will be provided to investors - similar to a traditional real estate investment offering process.
