What is the problem you're solving?
We are solving the problem of limited access and illiquidity in private real estate investment markets.
In 2017, there was an estimated $153 billion in offshore capital invested into real estate. We believe there is interest in U.S. real estate among international investors, however investing in private market real estate has been limited due existing friction points, such as time, costs, and illiquidity, associated with these investments.
In 2017 there was also an estimated $146 billion of interests in private market real estate assets issued to investors, all of which is, essentially, illiquid. We aim to provide a seamless onboarding process and mechanism to obtain liquidity via a bulletin board system for such investments.
