Editing a Client's Information
If you notice a mistake or a client has information that becomes out of date, we allow for editing a client's information once the initial onboarding has been completed. If so, you should see a pencil icon under the 'Actions' column for the client. Clicking the icon will open up the editing menu as well.
Navigating the edit screen
Once you click on the edit icon a screen will appear below that will let you edit information previously entered during onboarding. Clicking on any of the section names will jump you to that section. Clicking 'save and continue' on any screen will save an updates to information you make. Please note that you cannot change the investor type selected during the initial onboarding.
