Inviting a Client to the Platform
Once you've added a client to the platform, you have the option to invite them at any point to either complete onboarding, purchase for themselves, or view digital documents. In order to do this, and advisor simply has to click the email icon next to a client's name:
Once this is clicked the client will receive an email saying that you've invited them to the platform and will have a link where they can set a password.
Onboarding before inviting Client
If you have not yet completed onboarding the client by entering in all their information, sending them a platform invite will ask them to complete the onboarding steps. This could be useful if your client has documentation or information not current with you. Otherwise we generally recommend completing the onboarding for clients and inviting them later.
If you have already completed onboarding for your client, then they will not be asked for it and will instead be logged directly onto the platform.
